Recipe questions and corrections
Include the recipe or article link, the step or passage you are asking about, and a short description of what you noticed. For a recipe, ingredient amounts, substitutions and equipment details can help explain the issue. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
If you believe a temperature, storage instruction, ingredient quantity or allergen statement is wrong, identify the exact wording so it can be reviewed. We do not provide emergency or individualized medical advice.
Ideas for the next brief
Tell us about an ingredient you want to understand, a cooking task that keeps giving you trouble, or a food story you would like explained. If you are pointing us toward research or news, include the original source and date.
Rights, images and attribution
For a rights or attribution concern, include the page URL, identify the material involved and explain your relationship to it. We will need enough detail to locate and assess the issue. Sending feedback does not automatically make it a public comment or grant permission to publish your name.
Privacy and accessibility
